Ran McBryde, DNP, FNP-BC
Mrs. McBryde is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She obtained her doctorate degree from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. During her graduate school training, she did her clinical research fellowship at Mayo Clinic. As a highly trained healthcare provider, she has extensive experience in cardiology, dermatology, sexual health, hormone therapy, IV nutrient therapy and medical aesthetic services. Additionally, she serves as the medical director for two of the top laser aesthetic institutes in Scottsdale and multiple med-spas and wellness centers across Arizona. She is also passionate about sharing her knowledge, she has trained many nurses, dentists and physicians on cosmetic injections.
Ran is passionate about giving back to the community. As the owner of Vanishing Ink Med-Spa & Wellness, she has partnered with Televerde Foundation to remove face, neck and hand tattoos for free, in order to help incarcerated women to get ready for their new chapters in life. She also attends multiple charity events every year to contribute to the community.
Mitzi Schardt, NP-BC
Mitzi Schardt, NP-BC is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who pursued her nursing education in New York at S.U.N.Y and the College of New Rochelle, graduating Magna cum Laude. She was honored with the Nightingale Honors Society distinction, the Collegiate Nursing Award, and induction into the Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society. Committed to professional development, she maintains membership in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Specializing as a public health nurse, Ms. Schardt obtained certifications in maternal child health and gynecology. She furthered her expertise with over 4800 hours of forensic rape trauma care and education, achieving the esteemed designation of American College of Forensic Examiners Certified Medical Investigator level five.
Ms. Schardt specializes in hormone replacement therapy for both men and women. She possesses a deep understanding of genetic and DNA influences on methylation processes, with a keen interest in advancing her education in functional medicine.
