Ran McBryde, DNP, FNP-BC
Ran McBryde is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a wealth of experience and expertise in various medical fields. She graduated with her doctorate degree from Arizona State University and her bachelor's degree from University of Texas Medical Branch. During her graduate school training, she completed her clinical research fellowship at the Mayo Clinic working on multiple clinical trials.
Besides family practice, Dr. McBryde has extensive experience in cardiology, dermatology, sexual health, hormone therapy, IV nutrient therapy, and medical aesthetic procedures. She is the medical director for two of the top laser aesthetic institutes in Scottsdale, and multiple med-spas and wellness centers across Arizona.
In addition to regular local charity donations, she is committed to community services, which is evident in her work with the Televerde Foundation to remove face, neck and hand tattoos for free, helping incarcerated women prepare for their new chapter.
Dr. McBryde is also passionate about teaching and sharing her skills by training nurses, dentists, and physicians on cosmetic injections.
Mitzi Schardt, NP-BC
Mitzi Schardt is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her nursing education in New York at S.U.N.Y and the College of New Rochelle, graduating Magna cum Laude, with the Nightingale Honors Society distinction, the Collegiate Nursing Award and she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Ms. Schardt has spent much of her career in public service caring for individuals with socio-economic, physical, and mental health challenges.
In her post graduate work, she has completed more than 4800 hours of forensic rape trauma care and education, while achieving the American College of Forensic Examiners Certified Medical Investigator level five. She served as an expert witness in the rape trauma cases where she served as the initial forensic examiner. She was appointed to the founding board of the International Advisory Board of Directors for the American Board Forensic Nurses. She was the founder and developer of Get S.M.A.R.T., a forensically focused continuing education Program.
Ms. Schardt has been in private practice for more than 25 years in Florida and has established a private and joint practice in her hometown in Arizona. She has a specialty in endocrine dysfunction, hormone replacement therapy, wellness and optimal health-based care for both men and women. She has long provided IV therapy across the spectrum of hydration with vitamins and minerals to recover from illness and injury as well as specialized IV for chronic illnesses using phosphatidyl choline, glutathione, alpha lipoic acid and high dose vitamin C.
She is experienced in injections for injury, trigger point therapy, and Ozone therapies. She has a solid understanding of genetics and DNA influences on metabolic andmethylation processes. This is an area of interest along with furthering her education in functional medicine. Her philosophy is learning is a life-long journey. Helping others achieve optimal wellness and vitality at every age is the goal for every patient. Educating others is a passion that is part of her daily life.
